I lost my registered software which I purchased, when my
hard drive crashed and had to be reformatted. How do I get it back?
Whenever you need reinstallation instructions, please fill out lost
registration form to have them automatically emailed to you.
How do I purchase one of your products?
Please visit our purchase page where you can find detailed information on
how to place your order.
What are you product support policies?
All products come with free unlimited technical support provided by our support staff.
I have two computers: desktop and laptop. Do I need purchase two licensed copies of the software?
Our software is licensed on a per user basis. The license grants the user the right to
install and use the software on one or more computers as long as the total number of users
does not exceed the license quantity (just like a book cannot be read by two persons at
two different locations simultaneously).
Can I send suggestions for new functions?
Yes, please! If possible, send your suggestions clearly separated and numbered, and as short as possible. Unfortunately our wish list is already very long, so we cannot guarantee if or when your wish will be implemented.

We would be very pleased - as long as your pages do not contain illegal content or
offensive material.
